I saw The Sword open for Metallica in Jan 2009 at The Fleet Center in Boston and sadly at the time I didn’t get it.  They were playing loud slow and heavy jams when I was in the mood loud fast and heavy.  A year later I finally got it and now wish I could go back to the Fleet Center to take it all in again.  ”Age of Winters” sounds like the bastard child of “Master of Reality” and “Ride the Lightning“ wearing an Orange Goblin t-shirt.
