I found Kowloon Walled City while digging around at FreeMetalAlbums and after a single listen to their first full-length album “Gambling on the Richter Scale” I feel like I have been crushed by cement truck. Heavy pounding drums accompanied by chugging riffs and vocals that you can actually comprehend, drag your mind through visions of a waste land of DOOM! This sounds like cross between Gorilla Monsoon’s “Damage King“, Howl’s “Full of Hell” and Black Tusk. The most outstanding tracks are “Bone Loss”, “Diabetic Feet” and the opening track “Annandle”.

So who are these blasters of epic doom? We’ll they sure aren’t as hell from the Kowloon Walled City in Hong Kong, no these KWC are west coast rockers from the non-walled city of San Francisco,CA. Other than that I’ve got nothing because their bio page it mostly talks about their album which by the way is FREE! But if you want to throw them a bone you can buy some of their swag here. I see a t-shirt in my future.
